As a fully qualified Personal Trainer I aspire to encourage, motivate, educate and enable others to achieve their fitness goals. I am qualified to advise on diet and nutrition and can provide advanced training programmes specific to your fitness aspirations. Fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, strength or hypertrophy programmes both aerobic and anaerobic. I endeavour to deliver my Personal Training in a professional, friendly and encouraging manner. I believe for the best chance of long term adherence to any health and fitness programme - it should be challenging, exciting and rewarding!
Back in the 90's I graduated from University with a degree in Architecture. For 11 years I worked for Architects and would class myself as a full blown fitness phobe! In 2011 I decided to turn my life around and joined a Gym. Not only did my health, fitness level and physical appearance improve but I found myself feeling happier, less stressed and more confident. I enjoyed my new lifestyle so much I decided to undertake Level 1, 2 and 3 Personal Trainer qualifications in health & fitness. Jonathan Kappes (Member of REPS-Register Of Exercise Professionals).
